Hyland Software's OnBase Earns "The Top 20: 2006 KLAS Mid-Year Report Card" Honors

Cleveland, OH – June 19, 2006 - Hyland Software Inc., developer of the OnBase® enterprise content management (ECM) software suite, today announced that KLAS™ Enterprises, a research firm specializing in monitoring and reporting the performance of information technology vendors in the healthcare field, named the company to The Top 20: 2006 KLAS Mid-Year Report Card. 

The “Top 20” ranking is reserved for all products that fall into the 14 most rated market segments. This subset of products is defined as those having broad operational impact and includes the products most commonly rated by CIOs. This year’s ranking involves 96 products. OnBase, which includes core capabilities in document imaging, workflow and records management has been ranked 12th in the “Top 20.”

In addition, OnBase received a number two ranking for the Acute Care Document Management and Imaging category.
The Top 20: 2006 Mid-Year Report reflects the summary of Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) product and service performance data collected over the past 13 months (April 15, 2005 – May 15, 2006) as reported by IDNs, clinics and inpatient facilities.
