Kofax Recognized by Nation's Largest Technology Association for Innovation - Kofax Intelligent Capture & Exchange Wins AeA's 2007 High-Tech Innovation Award

IRVINE, Calif., May 22, 2007 – Kofax, the world’s largest information capture vendor, today announced that the company has been honored by the AeA Orange County & Inland Empire Council for its innovative Intelligent Capture & Exchange, the centerpiece of the company’s strategic initiative to enable organizations to streamline business processes by shifting the capture of information from a centralized back-office process to an everyday front-office activity.

The ceremony drew nearly 600 luminaries from local high-tech companies, financial and government institutions as well as academic leaders, educators, students, investors and media affiliates.
