Our Technical Support Staff has an extensive collection of certifications in Hyland OnBase, Kofax Capture, Kofax VRS, and other content management-related software to meet your immediate needs. We strive to initially assess and configure your solution to minimize issues down the road, but we're here to assist should you need training and support following your installation.
Security MicroImaging’s Hardware Services Group has 65+ years cumulative experience installing, maintaining, and repairing various ECM equipment. We are recognized as a Preferred Partner by Böwe Bell + Howell, Canon, Eastman Kodak Company, Fujitsu Computer Products of America, and Rimage Corporation. Our extensive in-house inventory of components allows quick replenishment and turn-around times so you can continue at peak efficiency. Depending on your specific needs, we offer same or next day onsite repair services.
